Some times due to spy ware or virus the Screen Saver tab on display Properties is found missing. But don't worry you have replace it very easily by following some simple steps.1. Click Start button on the left Side of the System and click "Run" you will see a window like below
2. On the run dialog box enter 'REGEDIT' and press enter, The registry editor window opens3. On registry editor follow the path on left pan
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
4. On the right pan right click on "NoDispScrSavPage" and click Modify
5. On the Edir DWORD Value window check the value data, change the value data to "0" (zero) and click Ok
6. After doing this right click on desktop and click on properties, now you see the Display Properties window like this
